It came to mind because I recently got told that I have built a huge-ass wall around my heart. Lol. You don’t say! I was unaware…well, sort of! Haha. I mean, do we ever actively BUILD walls to surround our hearts? Doesn’t Life just sort of do that for you, in a bid to hedge your heart for its own protection? I have to write on vulnerability sometime, that’s the source of a lot of the fear which results in walls being unconsciously built…walls are merely symptomatic, a defense mechanism. The root cause is fear. I think, anyways. I don’t know. I have to think about this properly.

In the meantime though, if you’re willing to try climbing said wall, soldier on Soldier! Ha!
