
Name: Smoked Chicken Curry

Time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients: Butter, onions, carrots, pepper (optional), light soy sauce, maggi, thyme, salt, green beans, smoked chicken, green pepper
Tools: Spatula, wok or frying pan, chopping board, knife
Process
1. Add butter to wok
2. Add sliced onions
3. (Add a little sliced pepper if you want it to be very hot)
4. Add carrots
5. Add light soy sauce and continue to stir in wok
6. Add maggi, thyme, salt
7. Add green beans
8. Add chunks of smoked chicken
9. Throw on a little corn flour and mix lightly with chicken in wok
10. Add a little water
11. Finish with chunks of green pepper to enhance taste
Serving suggestion: White rice or grilled potatoes.
