Name: Vegetable Stir Fry

Comments: Likely to impress…it’s very quick (about 10 minutes). Easy to play with; add beef/chicken/shrimps etc
Ingredients: Courgette (looks like a cucumber), carrots, stick beans, cabbage, onions, butter, salt, dark soy sauce, thyme, maggi cubes.
Tools: Spatula, wok of frying pan
Procedure
1. Melt butter in pan
2. Add sliced onions and leave to fry
3. Add carrots, stick beans and cabbage
4. Add soy sauce
5. Stir continuously, on high heat
6. Add thyme, maggi, a little salt
7. If necessary, add some more soy sauce (I like spicy food)
8. Add Corgettes (they release water, so you want to add them last minute)
Serving suggestion: Serve with fish sauce (add a little corn flour and water to cooking fish stock) and a large chunk of fish.
